Two drivers lost control of their cars in separate accidents reported in Baltimore County Wednesday morning.

At 9:30 a.m., police responded to a call about a driver who'd gone off the road and crashed into a Sunoco station in Owings Mills. The car hit a car wash station and one victim was taken to Shock Trauma.

Just after 9:30 a.m., a teenage girl in Parkville lost control and crashed into a townhome's shed Wednesday morning.

Police say the car was going westbound on Upton Road approaching Kintore Drive when the driver lost control, went off the roadway, down a hill and hit a shed attached to a townhome.

The 17-year-old female driver and her 17-year-old female passenger were both taken to an area hospital for minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.

Investigators believe speed may have played a role.

Both accidents are under investigation.
