Reward increased in hit-and-run death of biker

The family of a biker who was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Baltimore County has increased the reward.

A $5,000 reward is now being offered for information on the driver who killed Aaron Laciny. The 20-year-old was hit by two cars while riding along Charles Street on June 19.
