Baltimore County Police have identified the remains of a man found on the Catonsville campus of the Community College of Baltimore County three months ago.
The body was identified as 49-year-old Andrew Bibo. His last known address was in the 100 block of Prospect Avenue in Catonsville, but his father told police he hadn't lived there in more than a year.
On June 11, surveyors working in a wooded area on the campus found Bibo's remains. There were no signs of foul play, and the cause of death has been listed as undetermined.
