UPDATE: Police said James Jackson has been located and returned home.
Baltimore County Police need your help to find 64-year-old James Roman Jackson.
Jackson was last seen on Paladium Court and may be headed to Atrium Court in Owings Mills.
He is described having thick gray/black hair, unshaven face, about 6 feet 1 inch, weighing 245 pounds wearing a black jacket, jeans, and Timberland boots.
Police are saying, Jackson suffers from medical issues and needs his medicine.
