Baltimore County police identified a 26-year-old man killed in a crash Sunday night in Middle River.
Police said Devon Perkins was crossing Middle River Road in the area of Windlass Drive when a 2011 Honda Accord going southbound on Middle River Road hit him.

Perkins was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center where he died.
The crash is under investigation.
