Weather service looks into Dundalk roof damage

The National Weather Service said Thursday afternoon it is investigating reports of roof damage at a Dundalk truck company.

A severe thunderstorm warning was issued Thursday morning for parts of Maryland, with the warning in effect for Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel, Harford and Howard counties until 11:45 a.m.

The roof damage happened when a transformer blew on a warehouse in the area of North Point Road and Baltimore Street.

Cars at a nearby dealership were reportedly damaged. There were live power lines down in the road, as well as debris.
