A man has turned himself in to police in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash in Middle River over the weekend.
Police say the man turned himself in on Monday, but official charges had not been filed as of 10:55 p.m.

The man, who is identified only as a suspect, met with police along with his lawyer and talked about the crash.
The suspect vehicle, a 2007 Honda Accord has been towed and is being processed by law enforcement.
Around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Baltimore County police were called to Pulaski Highway near Martin Boulevard after getting reports of a man lying on the shoulder of the road.

When officers arrived, they found 26-year-old Andrew James McNeal who appeared to have been hit by a car while walking northbound on Pulaski Highway, according to police. The car left the scene.
McNeal was pronounced dead a short time later.

The investigation is ongoing, no charges had been filed as of Tuesday afternoon. Once the investigation is complete, a report will be sent to the Baltimore County State's Attorney to determine if charges are appropriate.
