A man was shot to death in Woodlawn and Baltimore County Police believe he was targeted.
Dangelo Evans, 26, was found laying on a foot path in a wooded area in the 5900 block of Talbott Street.
Someone in the neighborhood heard gunshots around 11:40 p.m. Thursday night and called police.
Officers tried to save Evans but he died at the hospital.
Police haven't made an arrest but do believe Evans was the intended target.
