Christopher Harrison is still facing new charges two years after he doused two men in gasoline and set them on fire.
Harrison is facing more charges after the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner said the death of Shawn Scarinzi was a homicide.
Scarinzi died 17 months after being set on fire.
Harrison still remains in custody from charges related to the initial assault. His court date for the homicide of the other man, David Campbell, is scheduled for November 13, 2017.
