A man is charged with stabbing his parents in Baltimore County.
Michael Cottone, 27, is charged with attempted first-degree murder and assault.
Police were called to the 8000 block of Redstone Road in Kingsville just before 10 p.m. Friday.
One of the victims told them he and his wife were stabbed by their son. The man said he was asleep in a reclining chair when his son stabbed him.
His wife said she heard noises and walked into the room that's when she said she was also stabbed by her son.
Both victims were taken to the hospital for treatment and released.
Police found Cottone shortly after they spoke to his parents and arrested him.
