A group of parents invited Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford along with Baltimore County representatives to tour Dulaney High School Tuesday afternoon.
They said they wanted Rutherford to see the challenges facing the school for himself. The parents said their goal is to get a complete renovation or a brand new school building.
