BALTIMORE — On Wednesday, families line their chairs up along Frederick Road in Catonsville to make sure that they get a good spot for the 4th of July parade.
A local balloon artist's work will be featured in the Catonsville Independence Day Parade tomorrow.
Flavia Oleniewski said she is bringing something new and unique to the parade.
The balloon costumes will include crabs, Natty Bohs and other Maryland themed and patriotic balloon sculptures.
