Havre de Grace Blue Lights turned on to honor fallen Baltimore County Police officer

As a gesture to honor a Baltimore County Police officer who was killed in Perry Hall Monday, Havre de Grace Mayor William T. Martin ordered the city's municipal lights be lit blue.
"Our collective thoughts and prayers are with the officer's family, and the entire Baltimore County Police Department," Martin said in a statement.
