A groundbreaking ceremony was held Monday for Angel Park, an all-inclusive playground and amphitheater in Perry Hall.
A local boy named Ryan died of leukemia at 15 months old, and now his parents want to create a place of happiness for small children and their families.
Angel Park will incorporate the designs and ideas of local children and artists.
