Baltimore County fire crews remain on the scene of a massive fire that raged at Adell Plastics in the 4500 block of Annapolis Road Tuesday afternoon.
The continued investigation has shut down Route 648 between Manoff Road and New York Avenue in Baltimore Highlands Wednesday, as crews knock out hot spots and attempt to determine what caused the blaze.
More than 200 firefighters were dispatched to the three-alarm fire Tuesday. Dozens of employees were displaced, but none were injured. One firefighter was taken to an area hospital for smoke inhalation.
