Bringing nature and pet lovers together.
On Sunday, the first annual Paws In The Park was held in Baltimore County.
Local animal rescues partnered with the National Park Service in an effort to provide a furry friend, a forever home.
The event took place at the Hampton National Historic Site in Towson.
Throughout the day, scavenger hunts, contests and pet adoptions were held.
Additionally, The new Hampton Paw Patrol Program was unveiled. It's an initiative recruiting pet owners to help in keeping the park safe and looking beautiful.
