A "disturbance" shut down a major road in downtown Towson Saturday night prompting one local official to call for a review of curfew policy at Towson Town Center.
There were reports of bottles and rocks being thrown at police during the incident. It's not clear what started the incident.

Baltimore County councilman David Marks tweeted about the incident, providing some details and calling for a fresh look at the curfew policy at the mall as well as additional patrols in the area.
