Baltimore County police need the public's help in locating a critical missing man in Catonsville.
Police say 64-year-old, Jacob Theodore George III, of Halethorpe was last scene September 17 on Hollins Ferry Road near his group home on Gehb Avenue.
George is said to be wearing a blue denim jacket, khaki shorts and black shoes.
The missing Catonsville man has mental and emotional challenges.
