BALTIMORE COUNTY — Baltimore County Police are asking the public to identify this woman.
She was found walking near Turner Crossing near the MD/PA Line Tuesday. She does not know who she is or where she lives. She mentioned being on a “Trail.”
She is 5 feet 3 inches tall, 127 pounds, slender, shoulder length dark hair, with a subtle accent.
