Barnes & Noble in Towson will host a closing party to mark its last day in operation Saturday.
The event will feature special activities for children including coloring, crafts and a dance party.

Guests are also invited to come dressed as their favorite book character, movie character or musician for a costume contest. Refreshments will be served at the farewell party.
The closing is part of a redevelopment effort at Towson Circle.
