WINDSOR MILL, Md. (WMAR) — Baltimore County Police say a missing Windsor Mill teen and infant have been found safely.
On Monday evening, 14-year-old Cassia Alexander and 2-week-old David Stuckey were reported missing from Rutherford Green Circle.
It's unclear if Cassia and David are related, and how or why they went missing.
Police didn't say where the two were found.
