An 11-year-old boy missing from Baltimore County was found safe in Baltimore Saturday night.
Timothy Smith had last been seen walking away from his foster mother’s job in the 4000 block of Hollins Ferry Road at approximately 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
He was found about 11 p.m. that day.
