Baltimore County Police are looking for a missing 27-year-old Richard Adams from Horizon Circle in Pikesville.
He was last seen today at 5:15 p.m. He's 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Adams is suffering from an emotional crisis and was last seen wearing an orange sweater, beige jacket, blue jeans, black shoes and brown shirt tied around his head.
