BALTIMORE — UPDATE-- According to police, Journey has returned home safely
Baltimore County Police are looking for a missing 13-year-old Journey Howard who was last seen in Essex at around 3 a.m. on October 9.
She is 5 feet 1 inches tall at 120 pounds and was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with blue jeans.
