At least two people were trapped when a house partially collapsed in Owings Mills Friday afternoon.
Emergency responders were called to the 100 block of Oakmere Road around 3:48 p.m. Two people were trapped inside, according to police.
As police and emergency crews worked to get the two people out, police learned a third person might be under the debris.
Two people had been rescued as of 5 p.m.
