Over 100 people hit the greens Monday morning for a good cause.
Brooks Financial Group hosted its 9th annual Community Cup golf event.
This is one of two primary fundraisers benefiting the BFG Community Foundation.
It's expected to raise more than $50,000 and the money will be used throughout the year to help the community.
Michael Brooks is the Chairman and CEO of the BFG Community Foundation and says the foundation's mission is to, "affect a positive change in our local community. Local being defined as a 50 mile radius from the Towson area and the mission really speaks to caring for families, children, educators and those who protect our local community."
The other fundraiser for the Foundation is an annual gala held in February that draws over 600 people.
