A 67-year-old man is in serious condition after jumping off of a boat into three feet of water at approximately 3:30 p.m. off of Hart-Miller Island, according to the National Resources Police.
The Parkville man sustained severe head and neck injuries and was rushed to Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital.
The man was with his wife, daughter, and four grandchildren at the time of the incident.
