UPDATE: The left lane of I-83 North at Shawan Road has reopened.
All lanes were closed at exit 18, Warren Road, because of an accident involving an overturned tractor trailer.
Two people including the driver of the tractor trailer were transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
According to the Maryland Department of Transportation Coordinated Highways Action Response Team, four vehicles were involved in the incident, which happened just after 5 p.m. Monday.
Traffic is being detoured to Warren Road.
