A 25-year-old Elkridge woman died when she crashed on I-95 near Halethorpe Saturday morning.
Maryland State Police said around 11:30 a.m. someone called 911 to report a car in a ditch on the northbound ramp to eastbound I-95.
Investigators believe the driver, identified as Tabbetha Butrim, took the exit ramp too fast causing her 2004 Ford Explorer to speed down an embankment and crash into a tree.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
