19 and 20-year-old arrested after breaking into car in Woodlawn

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Police arrested two men who broke into a car Thursday night in Woodlawn.

Police responded to the 700 block of Charing Cross Road just after 11 p.m. on Thursday for a theft in progress when two suspects opened and entered the victim's vehicle, parked in the driveway, without permission.

Police say a witness yelled at the suspects which caused them to run away.

When police arrived they found the two suspects walking in the 1000 block of Charing Martin Court. Both were placed under arrest.

A loaded gun and drugs were found on one of the suspects.

19-year-old Diavian Robinson is being charged with drug distribution with a firearm, fourth-degree burglary, theft, drug possession, and various other charges. He is currently held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no bail status.

20-year-old Isaiah Dontay Davis is charged with fourth degree burglary and rogue and vagabond. He was released on a $7,500 unsecured personal bond.
