ORIGINAL: Baltimore County Police were looking for a critically missing 13-year-old from the Reisterstown area Wednesday.
Police said Rhianon Gabriela Sorto is a Hispanic female, 5’4 and 210 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She may be wearing a black hoodie and blue pants. She is a Franklin Middle School student.
She was last seen at her home in the 400 block of Shirley Manor Road at 10 p.m. Tuesday. She is believed to be in the area of Clifmar Road or Shirley Manor Road.
Sorto has emotional challenges for which she takes medicine, police said. But she does not have the medicine with her.
