BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting on the city's east side.
At 4:20 p.m., police were called to Harford Avenue at E. Lanvale Street in Oliver. There, they found a 28-year-old woman who was shot in her left arm.
According to the department, a man with a graze wound is the second victim.
They were taken to the hospital for treatment.
