A 54-year-old woman has died after police say she was hit by a car in Baltimore Thursday morning.
Police say they were called to a pedestrian involved accident in the 1000 block of East Northern Parkway around 2:15 a.m.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene by responding medics.
Police were told by witnesses that the driver was traveling westbound on East Northern Parkway when the victim, who was standing in the middle of the road, jumped in front of the car.
Baltimore City Crash Team Investigators are still looking into the incident.
