Now he's being recruited by Leica Camera, a world famous company known by industry professionals and the photography community.

Allen's work will be featured on Leica's many platforms. The company will also give him new tools and equipment to enhance his photography skills.

"Coming from a place like Baltimore this is unheard of, to see they're giving me a contract that is not about selling my soul, it's great. It's more them saying they want to support my work."

In a statement to WMAR-2 News Leica said:

"Leica Camera is honored to have Devin Allen in the Leica Family to document important moments that shape history. Devin’s visual stories spark conversations that open a dialogue for change. His representation to amplify this movement have been nothing short of remarkable, and we are looking forward to continuing to see his work have a longstanding impact on our country and the world."
