About 100 homes are without water after a water main broke in the 3600 block of E. Northern Parkway Thursday morning.
The incident shut down E. Northern Parkway westbound from from Walther Avenue to Fairdel Avenue in Baltimore, causing traffic delays.
Bottled water will be provided to those affected, according to the Baltimore Department of Public Works.
