Using speed camera revenue to contribute to the Baltimore City Fire Department's Budget.
The Board of Estimates will vote Wednesday on whether or not the Fire Department will receive an extra four million dollars courtesy of speed camera fines.
If approved, the money will be used to help pay for overtime expenses.
