BALTIMORE — On Friday, a vigil will be held to remember an 18-year-old woman shot and killed earlier this week in West Baltimore.
Taylor Davis was one of three people shot Monday night, she died the next day. The shooting happened close to her home, on Appleton Street in West Baltimore.
Her brother told WMAR-2 News that she had been walking to the store and was hit when other people were shooting at each other.
“She was supposed to start school for Phlebotomy and different other things for the medical field,” Tevin Davis said. “She had big dreams, it’s sad she didn’t get to see them through and you know really get to see the world.”
Family and friends will gather for a vigil Friday night at 6.p.m. on that block of Appleton street near Lafayette.
