BALTIMORE — A car collided with a bus in the Penrose/Fayette Street Outreach neighborhood Wednesday, the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration said.

The accident occurred around noon, MDOT MTA Director of Media Relations spokesperson Brittany Marshall said in a statement.

“A personal vehicle came into contact with an MDOT MTA bus on Pulaski and Mulberry Streets,” the statement said.

The bus driver and five people on the bus were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. An investigation is being conducted by the MDOT MTA Police.
