A toddler was found in the 2500 block of Longwood Street in Baltimore Monday afternoon.
The Baltimore City Department of Social Services is seeking the public's help identifying the girl, who appears to be between a year and 15 months old. She was found alone, with no identifying information.
The toddler, who is African-American, was found wearing a green and yellow football print outfit. Her hair is braided in ponytails with pink and black balls.
