Saturday shootings leave three Baltimore men hospitalized

BALTIMORE — Three men have been hospitalized after shootings throughout Baltimore on Saturday.

On Saturday, around 12:15 a.m., officers headed to the 1500 block of Edison Highway to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers found a 24-year-old man who had been shot in his right side. The victim was taken to a hospital and is in serious condition.

Detectives are investigating this incident and have not identified a suspect or determined a motive.

The second shooting occurred at approximately 1:15 p.m., officers responded to the Lanvale Towers located at 1300 E. Lanvale Street for a shooting.

Officers say they located a 30-year-old man who who had been shot in the back. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is stable.

Around 3:00 p.m., officers headed to an area hospital where a shooting victim had just walked in.

Police say a 21-year-old man had been shot several times in the upper torso. The victim was conscious and breathing at the time.

Detectives say the victim was sitting in his car in the 5500 block of Cadillac Avenue when an unknown person fired inside the victim’s car striking him. The victim drove himself to the hospital.
