3 people in their 50s shot in west Baltimore before suspect drives off

Baltimore Police are investigating a Wednesday morning shooting involving three people in their fifties. 

Around 10:37 a.m., police responded to the 1300 block of N. Fremont Avenue for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found three people with gunshot wounds to the legs.

All three were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A 50-year-old man was shot in the right calf, a 57-year-old woman was shot in both legs and a 51-year-old woman was shot in the right leg. 

Detectives said that the shooting happened when a suspect got out of the passenger side of a blue, four-door car and opened fire, hitting the victims. Police say the suspect got in the car and the vehicle sped away.
