3 families displaced after rowhome fire in NW Baltimore

Three families displaced after a vacant rowhome caught fire and spread to two nearby homes in northwest Baltimore.

Firefighters were dispatched  at 9 p.m. to the 3300 block in Paton Ave for a reported house fire. 

Officials say when fire crews arrived to the scene they located a two-story vacant home with smoke and heavy flames. 

Shortly after fire crews entered the rowhome they found trapped fire in the 2nd floor of ceiling that spread to two homes.

There has been no reported injuries and the  fire was brought under control in 30 minutes . 

The cause of the fire has yet to be determine.
