A third man is behind bars in connection with a homicide on October 27.
Julius Wilson, 32, was arrested as he left a home on Friday, December 8.
He is charged with killed Melvin Ford, 35, in the 2500 block of Greenmount Avenue in North Baltimore. Ford was found shot to death in his car.
Police say witnesses and video footage led them to Wilson as a suspect.
Wilson is charged with 1st degree murder and is being held without bail.
