The Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore introduced a pop-up marketplace at the Baltimore Inner Harbor offering grab-and-go breakfast from local restaurants.
Local vendors will offer breakfast and coffee every Monday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. through September 26.
