The Ronald McDonald House gets a special donation

BALTIMORE, Md — Ronald McDonald Charities of Maryland received a special delivery Wednesday.

City firefighters donated and set up 150 Tempur-Pedic mattresses to the new Ronald McDonald House .

The non-profit provides a place to stay for families who come here from around the world, so their sick children can receive treatment

The new state-of-the-art facility is now located on 1 Aisquith Street in Jonestown. Last month they lit up their signature 26-foot glowing red heart.

The new Ronald McDonald House is scheduled to open in Spring 2019.
