Teen stops police in Park Heights after being shot near Penn-North

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that injured a teen on the city's west side.

At 1:25 a.m., officers were flagged down by a 19-year-old male at Park Heights Avenue and Coldspring Lane. He had just been shot.

According to the department, he told police that he was shot in the 1800 block of Walbrook Avenue.

The teen was taken to the hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown.
