BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting involving a teen on the east side.
At 7 p.m., officers were sent to the scene in the 900 block of N. Caroline Street. There, they found an 18-year-old who was shot in the foot.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
