BALTIMORE — Officials have chosen the NHP Foundation to revitalize more than 17 acres of vacant land in the Park Heights area.

After 12 years, the CEO and President of Langston Hughes Community Business and Resource Center says he's excited for the future.

The project is expected to generate nearly $130 million in economic output and create more than 800 jobs.

Officials say funds will also go towards Pimlico and Arlington Elementary School.
