Shooting in East Baltimore on Thursday leaves one man dead

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead in East Baltimore.

Officers responded to the 2300 block of East Hoffman Street for a shooting just after 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

After arriving, police found a 26-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
