The City Board of Elections recertified the election results last week.
Former mayor Sheila Dixon said she will not request a recount, despite losing the democratic nomination for mayor. She said that the irregularities from this year's primary need to be addressed.
"The questions surrounding this election must be answered," Dixon said in a statement. "This process is not over until we can assure every Baltimore citizen that their vote will be counted, not just in this election, but in future elections as well."
